Every listing on this site is compiled from the USDA's public inspection directory. We republish establishment names, addresses, phone numbers, and inspection details as a convenience for farmers and ranchers — we are an independent directory, not the USDA and not the plants themselves.
The source data is updated periodically, and listings can contain errors: plants move, close, change names, or drop their inspection. If you see something wrong on a plant page, emailing us is the fastest way to get it fixed. We review submissions against the current USDA record and apply corrections at the next data refresh. To verify a facility's current federal inspection status directly, search the USDA .
For anything else — a claim about your plant's listing, a partnership, or a press inquiry — email geoff.langenderfer@gmail.com .
How This Site Works
Searching for a processing plant is free and always will be. When you request a quote from a plant, your name and the message you send are passed directly to that plant so it can respond to you — we don't take a cut, but a plant owner may see your contact details in their inbox.
This site is operated as an independent, single-person project. We don't sell your information to third parties. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full details.
